Staff was exceptionally nice and incredibly welcoming and hotel is fairly clean and wonderful! The location was very central, close enough to the center and river as well as tourist attractions. Cafeteria Lcc-Low Cost Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise. There was a great bar on site.

We had generous breakfasts with scrambled eggs and a large amount of sweets and sausages, special mention to very knowledgeable staff. The hotel was located just off shopping street Santa Catarina, the center of Porto and cafes and nightlife area. The staff there were caring and attentive. The family room was recently renovated with all the comforts and a variety of breads. Having a shower, a hair dryer and a bidet was a bonus. Had absolutely perfect location close to two metro stations, next door to City Market Bolhao. Our stay was a really really nice experience.
